January Hodgson brings a long experience working in the food retail business to create the unique Savor Specialty Foods. She spent seven years in the specialty food retail business working from entry level sales to a position as buyer and manager of a successful retail store.

Living up to its name, this place offers specialty food to savor. Another unique feature of this store is that they don't sell anything without tasting it first. They encourage you to ask questions and sample before you purchase.

They create beautiful custom cheese trays to suit your taste and occasion. Their cheeses go out on wicker trays with French leaves beneath each piece. Each attractive tray is garnished with seasonal fruit such as grapes, kiwi, strawberries, dried apricots, blueberries, and seasoned pecans.
