A federal judge ruled Tuesday that Michael Vick can keep .25 million of the million in signing bonuses that his former employers, the Atlanta Falcons, were suing him to recover. The Falcons contended that the money was spent on illegal dogfighting activities, for which Vick is currently serving a 23 month sentence in federal prison.
